The 1982 Tristar International MASH Medical Unit Ambulance is a vintage MASH 4077th vehicle designed for 3.75-inch action figures. The large plastic ambulance features opening cab doors and hinged rear doors that can hold wounded figures, making it a key vehicle from Tri-Star’s licensed MASH toy line.
The ambulance was produced in olive green plastic and features 4077th Medical Unit branding, while the vehicle itself has the unusual number “4084” on its bumper. Designed to complement the 1982 MASH Military Base playset, this vintage ambulance is a distinctive collectible for MAS*H toy and TV-series fans.
