The 1982 Tristar International MASH 4077th Military Base Playset is a large vintage playset designed to recreate the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital from the television series. Built for Tristar’s 3.75-inch MASH action figures and vehicles, the centerpiece is a massive 4-foot by 4-foot, 16-square-foot vinyl playmat featuring printed camp details, tire tracks, footprints, stones, and a helicopter landing pad.
The Tristar MASH Military Base Playset includes approximately 63 play pieces, such as cots, mess tables, benches, desks, chairs, barrels, and a typewriter. Its structures recreate recognizable locations including Colonel Potter’s office, Klinger’s clerk office, the Post-Op ward, Mess Tent, Swamp, and Headquarters Tent. With its unusual size and detailed accessories, this 1982 MASH playset is a distinctive vintage collectible for fans and toy collectors.
