Wheeled Warriors Quick-Draw (1985)

The 1985 Mattel Quick-Draw is a white Lightning League combat vehicle from the Wheeled Warriors toy line, officially designated as the faction’s “Weapons X-pert.” Designed around surprise firepower, its signature feature is a large chrome-silver shield that opens to reveal a hidden mini-blaster cannon, giving the vehicle its distinctive concealed-weapon gimmick.

Quick-Draw is also notable for its axle and wheel extenders, allowing additional tires to be mounted for a wider stance or used to store alternate parts on the vehicle. Its accessory loadout includes a black vacuum-metalized laser weapon, silver crane/catapult, dark-gray Mega Missile, and six interchangeable wheels. The included pilot is a generic brown-haired human figure with molded glasses and military-style clothing.

A complete Quick-Draw includes the white vehicle body, four-wheel chassis, two axle extenders, six specialized tires, shield, laser gun, dark-gray missile, crane, pilot, instructions, and sticker sheet. Chrome wear and missing small accessories are common issues for collectors, and the correct dark-gray missile is important when verifying completeness.
