Silverhawks Bluegrass With Ultrasonic Suit (1988)

Bluegrass with Ultrasonic Suit is a rare SilverHawks action figure released by Kenner in 1987 as part of the Wave 2 toy line. Exclusive to the United States, the figure is based on the musical hero Bluegrass and includes his signature Hotlicks guitar, an Ultrasonic amplifier with folding speakers and wings, and a removable cowboy hat.

The Ultrasonic Suit features a backpack-style amplifier that attaches to Bluegrass's back. The amplifier's speakers rotate downward while the side wings extend manually, recreating the character's high-tech sonic equipment from the animated series. Bluegrass can also hold his Hotlicks guitar for display and play.

As one of the final SilverHawks figures released by Kenner, Bluegrass with Ultrasonic Suit is highly sought after by SilverHawks, Kenner, and vintage 1980s action figure collectors, especially when complete with all original accessories and packaging.
