Streetwise is a 1986 Transformers G1 Protectobot that transforms into a Nissan 300ZX Turbo police car. The G1 Streetwise toy includes a Photon Pistol and rear-mounted Double-Mounted Air-Compressor Cannon, and can form a limb for Scramble City-style combiners, serving as Defensor's left leg.
The Transformers G1 Streetwise has a unique fold-out combiner connector instead of using its robot head as the peg. He was the only Protectobot without a second-wave variation, and 1986 releases included reflective iron-on patch promotions followed by Autobot Decoy figures in 1987. The mold was later reused for Streetstar in the Operation Combination line.
