Rewind / Steeljaw is a 1986 Transformers G1 Cassette 2-pack featuring Rewind and Steeljaw, who transforms from a microcassette into a robotic lion. The G1 Steeljaw toy includes left and right Solar-Powered Pellet Guns, while his cassette mode fits inside the tape compartments of Blaster, Soundwave, and compatible cassette players.

The Transformers G1 Steeljaw has notable weapon variations, with early releases featuring gold chrome and later versions using more common silver chrome. Rare versions include painted tape decals and an unusual blue-striped deco found only in Hong Kong. Steeljaw was sold exclusively with Rewind in Hasbro markets, and the mold was later reused for Nightstalker, making this vintage G1 Cassette a notable collectible.
