Slog is a 1989 Transformers G1 Pretender Monster with a Micromaster-sized inner robot that transforms into a bipedal, horned monster. The G1 Slog toy includes a dual rifle, Solar Cannon, Pretender shell, and Monstructor head, and Slog forms the upper torso of the combined Monstructor.
The Transformers G1 Slog Pretender shell is a hunchbacked, spike-armed fishlike monster with storage for his weapons and Monstructor's head. Like other Pretender Monster shells, it can develop oily residue and discoloration, while Slog's gold plastic has some risk of Gold Plastic Syndrome during Monstructor assembly. Slog carries Team ID PM5.
