Scrapper is a 1985 Transformers G1 Constructicon that transforms into a bright green wheeled payloader inspired by the Caterpillar CAT 966C. The G1 Scrapper toy includes a Laser Pistol and Super Wing, which attaches to the rear to create Attack Payloader mode. Scrapper also combines with the other Constructicons to form Devastator, serving as its right leg.
The Transformers G1 Scrapper figure was based on Takara's Diaclone Construction Vehicle Robot No. 3 Shovel-dozer. A 1986 European release replaced the usual green with yellow, while Italian GiG releases used Takara-style packaging and IDs. Scrapper carries Hasbro Team ID 3 and Takara ID 32, making him a notable vintage G1 Constructicon collectible.
