Ravage and Rumble are a 1984 Transformers G1 Cassette 2-pack, with Ravage transforming from a robotic feline into a microcassette that fits inside the tape compartments of the Soundwave and Blaster toy molds. The G1 Ravage toy includes two heat-seeking missiles that attach to the cassette spool holes above his hips. Originally based on Takara's Micro Change “Micro Cassette Robo Jaguar,” the set remained available in Hasbro markets through 1986.
A heat-sensitive rubsign was added to Ravage's shoulder in 1985, replacing the original Decepticon insignia sticker. The mold was later reused for Glit, Howlback, and Stripes, making Ravage an important early G1 Transformers Cassette with a long history of mold reuse.
