Powerglide is a 1985 Transformers G1 Mini Vehicle that transforms into an A-10 Thunderbolt II ground-attack jet, also known as the Warthog. As one of the earliest Autobot toys with an aerial alternate mode, the G1 Powerglide toy has unusually good articulation for a Mini Vehicle, including a turning head, articulated shoulders, and bending elbows.
The Transformers G1 Powerglide figure was released by Hasbro in the second year of the original toyline and later appeared in Takara's 1986 Transformers 2010 line as C-62. Minor variations include different copyright markings, while an El Greco version released in Greece as Keravnós features lighter red plastic and altered stickers. The mold was also reused for Bad Boy.
