Powerdasher is a 1984 Transformers G1 Mail-order release available in three forms: a Cybertronic car, drill, and jet. Each G1 Powerdasher features a pull-back motor in vehicle mode, allowing it to roll forward across flat surfaces. This item is the Drilldasher. The figures were available exclusively through Hasbro mail-order, with customers receiving one of the three styles; the jet was the only version pictured and appears to have been the most commonly shipped.

The Transformers G1 Powerdasher figures are notable for being molds sourced from Takara's pre-Transformers Diaclone toyline that were not rereleased under the Transformers brand in Takara's own Japanese G1 line. Along with the Jumpstarters, Powerdashers are among the unusual Diaclone-derived toys associated with the original 1984 G1 Transformers release.
