Override is a 1988 Transformers G1 Triggerbot released in the fifth year of the original Transformers toyline. The G1 Override toy transforms into a stylized blue-and-red 1980s Suzuki GS1100GK motorcycle and features flip-out weapons in both modes. Pressing the triggers on his saddlebags deploys chromed, spring-loaded particle beam cannons, which also function as his robot-mode arms.
The three Transformers G1 Triggerbots were later released in China with rubsigns, more than five years after their original US and European releases. The original 1988 figures lacked rubsigns because the feature had been phased out of the G1 Transformers line by that time. Override G1 is a distinctive vintage Triggerbot collectible known for its motorcycle transformation and spring-loaded weapon gimmick.
