Blurp Balls Count Heave-a-Heart (1991)

Count Heave-a-Heart is a grotesque vampire character from Ertl’s Blurp Balls toy line, featuring wrinkled baby-blue skin, bloodshot yellow eyes, and stylized veins around his eyes. His signature gimmick includes a small vein-covered anatomical heart projectile that can be launched from the figure.
