Monster Trucks Patrol is a 1990 Transformers G1 Micromaster Patrol featuring four tiny robots that transform into monster-truck-show vehicles: Big Hauler, a green semi monster truck; Heavy Tread, an orange tractor-pull funny car; Hydraulic, a blue pickup monster truck; and Slow Poke, a yellow vintage-style monster truck. The set was released during the seventh and final year of Hasbro's original U.S. Transformers G1 toyline.
The Transformers G1 Monster Trucks Patrol is part of the late-generation Micromaster lineup and stands out for its dedicated monster truck theme. With four distinct vehicle designs and compact Micromaster scale, the set is a collectible example of the experimental vehicle themes featured in the final years of the original G1 Transformers toyline.
