The Toxic Turf Surfer is one of five vehicles released in the Playmates Toxic Crusaders toy line in 1991, based on the animated series inspired by The Toxic Avenger. Designed for Toxie, this mutant-themed surfboard vehicle features a sail with a full-face image of Toxie, detachable Anti-Scum missiles, a push-activated spinning toxic turbine, and Toxie’s signature mop accessory used as a pennant pole.
