The Playmates Psycho action figure is one of nine figures released in 1991 for the Toxic Crusaders toy line, based on the animated series inspired by The Toxic Avenger. Psycho is a bizarre biomechanical villain and the right-hand assistant of Dr. Killemoff, known for his strange ability to predict the future and foresee the failures of Killemoff’s schemes.

The figure includes multiple accessories: an orange mascara accessory, five pink tubes, an orange Saw Gun, an orange pistol, and a fluorescent white boot. No major figure variants are known, though international packaging differences exist. The Psycho Toxic Crusaders figure is a collectible favorite among fans of Playmates toys, 1990s cartoon action figures, Troma collectibles, mutant villain figures, and vintage Toxic Crusaders merchandise.
