Toxic Crusaders Major Disaster (1991)

The Playmates Major Disaster action figure is one of nine figures released in 1991 for the Toxic Crusaders toy line, based on the animated series inspired by The Toxic Avenger. Major Disaster is a former soldier who gains the ability to control plants and vegetation after falling into a radioactive swamp. He joins Toxie and the Toxic Crusaders alongside No-Zone to help battle pollution and evil in Tromaville.

The figure includes several accessories: a yellow rifle, yellow knife, two fluorescent white grenades, and a yellow/green backpack with vegetation details. The Major Disaster Toxic Crusaders figure is a collectible favorite among fans of Playmates toys, 1990s cartoon action figures, Troma collectibles, mutant superhero toys, and vintage Toxic Crusaders merchandise.
