The Playmates Bonehead action figure is one of nine figures released in 1991 for the Toxic Crusaders toy line, based on the environmentally themed animated series inspired by The Toxic Avenger. Bonehead is a skeletal mutant villain who was transformed by toxic waste and later recruited by Dr. Killemoff to battle the Toxic Crusaders.

The figure includes multiple accessories, including a gas mask, bone blade knife, Acid Rain Maker shotgun, and Bone Blaster submachine gun.
