1986 Transformers G1 Kup is an Autobot Car that transforms into a Cybertronian pickup truck inspired by the Dodge Deora, itself based on a customized 1965 Dodge A100. The vehicle’s entire front section, including the windshield, is made from die-cast metal. In robot mode, Kup features rotating shoulders and swivel wrists, but limited elbow and leg articulation, and comes with a blue Musket Laser.
Early releases of Kup feature metal rear wheels, while later versions use black plastic wheels. His chest sticker also includes a distinctive retro detail depicting two 5¼-inch floppy disk drives, adding to the toy’s vintage computer-era aesthetic. 1986 Kup remains a recognizable Transformers G1 Autobot collectible and an important character from the original Generation 1 toyline.
