The 1985 Mattel Castaspella action figure was part of Wave 1 of the She-Ra: Princess of Power toy line. The vintage figure features a gold, yellow, and orange color scheme, rooted reddish-brown hair, orange chest gemstone, glittery gold collar, and yellow fabric skirt. Her signature spinning magic disc attaches to her back and activates with a push-and-turn mechanism.
Castaspella came with the removable yellow skirt, spinning shield, comb, and character mini-comic. Unlike her blue-and-yellow Filmation cartoon appearance, the original Princess of Power Castaspella toy has a distinctly different color scheme. Collectors should check the spinner, collar sticker, elastic, and fabric skirt when evaluating a complete vintage figure.
