1990 Transformers G1 Kick-Off with Turbo-Pack is an Action Master featuring a 3¾-inch non-transforming, poseable robot with design elements suggesting an off-road vehicle, including oversized, thick-treaded tires. The figure has swivel neck, shoulder, and knee joints, ball-jointed hips, standard 3 mm hand holes for Action Master weapons, foot ports for larger vehicles, and a 5 mm-compatible back port.

Kick-Off comes with the Turbo-Pack, a large jetpack with adjustable wings and a spring-loaded over-the-shoulder cannon. Although the cannon does not fire, it can transform into a massive handheld weapon compatible with Kick-Off and other Action Master figures. As part of the third and final assortment of individually carded Action Masters from the original U.S. Transformers toyline, 1990 Kick-Off with Turbo-Pack is a distinctive vintage G1 collectible.
