1989 Transformers G1 Groundshaker is a Micromaster Base figure and a green redeco of Whisper. He transforms into a futuristic fighter jet inspired by concepts such as the fictional F-19 stealth fighter and Advanced Tactical Fighter designs. Groundshaker comes equipped with a large cannon, gun, twin missile launchers, and connecting ramps, with Autobot insignia stickers applied to his wings.
The set includes a large armored military ATV that Groundshaker can stand inside, although its oversized cockpit makes him look tiny. The ATV transforms into a battle station featuring a launch pad for the Micromaster jet. Groundshaker’s mold was later released in Japan as Autobot Whisper, while the ATV mold became the Japanese Landshaker vehicle.
