Bravestarr Marshal BraveStarr (1986)

The standard carded 1986 Mattel Marshal BraveStarr action figure is the classic standalone version of the hero from the original BraveStarr toy line. Sold individually on a traditional blister card, this 8-inch figure features a sturdy Mattel sculpt, molded red marshal's vest, blue cowboy pants with yellow detailing, brown Western boots, and silver spurs. One notable difference from the Filmation cartoon is Mattel's omission of BraveStarr's signature ponytail.

The figure features a mechanical quick-draw action, with a spring-loaded mechanism activated by a button on the back of the vest. Pressing it snaps BraveStarr's right arm upward into a firing position. The complete figure includes his removable white cowboy hat, silver Neutra-Laser pistol, large laser rifle, two boot spurs, and translucent Kerium Nugget. Because the small boot spurs are easily lost or damaged, finding a complete standard 1986 Mattel Marshal BraveStarr is particularly desirable among vintage BraveStarr collectors.
