The 1990 Transformers G1 Battlefield Headquarters is a massive Autobot Micromaster Combiner Headquarters released during the final year of the original U.S. Transformers toyline. This heavily armed tractor-trailer splits into an attack jet and space shuttle, which recombine into the Battlefield Headquarters mode. The cab seats two Micromasters, while the rear ramp opens to provide cargo space for additional figures and vehicles.
The set includes two scrambler guns, two laser machine guns, two air-to-air missiles, and two cruise missiles, along with Autobot Micromaster Combiners Overflow and Full-Barrel. Unlike other Micromaster bases, the Battlefield Headquarters has no ramp connection points and includes no ramps, making it a unique late-G1 release. The mold was not released in Japan.
