Tigersharks Doc Walro (1987)

The LJN Doc Walro action figure is a vintage transforming toy from the TigerSharks toy line, based on the brilliant scientist character from the classic animated series. Featuring Transformatic Action, Doc Walro transforms from a humanoid figure into a walrus-like form by rotating the left arm clockwise. The figure includes two accessories: Gup, Doc Walro’s loyal pet companion, and a fish-head cane. Like other transforming figures in the line, the chest door mechanism was prone to popping off or becoming lost, making complete examples especially desirable to collectors. The Doc Walro TigerSharks figure is a popular collectible among fans of LJN toys, 1980s cartoon action figures, vintage transforming toys, and classic animated series memorabilia.
