The Saga of Crystar The Magic of Crystal (1982)

The Magic of Crystal is a rare 1982 mini-playset released by Remco as part of The Saga of Crystar, Crystal Warrior fantasy toy line and its Marvel Comics tie-in. Aligned with the heroic Forces of Order, this compact carded set was designed as a complete Crystal Warrior battle scene featuring Ogeode, crystal-themed accessories, and miniature environment pieces.

The vintage Remco Magic of Crystal set includes a 3.75-inch Ogeode action figure, translucent crystal-style weapons and magic accessories, and small-scale Crystalium landscape or fortification pieces. The figure and accessories use the line's distinctive tinted translucent plastic, creating a gem-like crystal appearance. Released on a cardback measuring approximately 10 by 6 inches, the 1982 Magic of Crystal mini-playset is a rare collectible from Remco's short-lived Crystar line and remains desirable among Crystar collectors, vintage Remco enthusiasts, Marvel toy fans, and 1980s fantasy toy collectors.
