The Saga of Crystar Moltar (1982)

Moltar is Prince Crystar’s brother who transforms into a fiery lava being and battles his crystal sibling for control of the planet Cristallium.

The vintage Remco Moltar action figure represents the character as a powerful lava warrior and typically includes a lava whip, crystal flail, or axe molded in fiery orange plastic. As the leader of the Chaos faction and one of the central characters in the Crystar storyline, the 1982 Moltar action figure is a notable collectible from Remco’s short-lived fantasy line and remains popular with Crystar collectors, vintage Remco enthusiasts, Marvel toy fans, and 1980s fantasy action figure collectors.
