Tron Flynn (1982)

Flynn is a distinctive 3.75-inch action figure released by TOMY in 1982 as part of the original TRON toy line, representing Kevin Flynn's digitized avatar inside the Grid. With its futuristic design and connection to the classic 1982 film, the vintage Flynn figure is a sought-after collectible among TRON fans and vintage toy collectors.

The vintage TOMY Flynn figure is molded in translucent blue plastic with painted white and silver circuitry details across the body and features standard five-point articulation. The figure includes a glow-in-the-dark identity disc that fits into a peg on its back. Like other original TOMY TRON figures, vintage Flynn examples can develop a sticky or tacky surface caused by plastic degradation, while the small disc is frequently missing from loose figures. A 2002 NECA reissue used the original TOMY molds, making the reissue an important distinction for collectors identifying an original 1982 Flynn action figure.
