The 1997 Stretch Leonardo is a rare Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Stretch Turtles subline. Standing about 4 inches tall, Leonardo features a flexible rubber body wrapped around a solid, bendable core, allowing his arms and legs to be stretched, pulled, and twisted before returning to their original shape. His packaging describes the material as “Pizza Dough Perfection!” and gives him a +10.5 rubber factor.

The Stretch Leonardo includes two Katana Sewer Swords and features a molded weapon clip on his right hand to help hold a sword during stretching and play. His elastic construction, specialized hand design, and humorous food-themed packaging make this 1997 Playmates TMNT figure a distinctive collectible from the later original toy line.
