The 1996 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutatin' Rahzar action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the popular Mutations subline. Standing approximately 5 inches tall, this vintage TMNT action figure transforms from a small wolf pup into the massive Mutant Rahzar seen in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, using twists, hinged parts, and folding components to recreate his mutation. This figure is identical to its earlier 1993 release.
The Mutatin' Rahzar figure features a claimed 4.2 Muta-second transformation time and originally came packaged with a Mutatin' Spiked Collar, Retromutagen Ooze Canister, Pet Turtle Food Can, and Mega Mutation Chart. With its wolf-to-mutant transformation and connection to the classic TMNT movie, this 1996 vintage TMNT collectible is a distinctive Playmates Toys Mutations release.
