The 1996 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutatin' Tokka action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the popular Mutations subline. Standing approximately 4.5 inches tall, this vintage TMNT action figure features a manual transformation that allows Tokka to change between an ordinary snapping turtle and the hulking, spiked mutant villain from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. This figure is identical to the 1993 release, with the exception of added Ninja Power brand packaging.
The Mutatin' Tokka figure transforms by shifting and rearranging its body parts and comes with a Mutatin' Steel Sea Shell, Pet Turtle Food Can, Retromutagen Ooze Canister, and Mega Mutation Chart. Based on the movie version of Tokka, this 1996 vintage TMNT collectible combines the character's movie appearance with the signature transformation gimmick of the Playmates Toys Mutations line.
