Costume Condition: This listing is for a Ben Cooper costume of Lisa from Planet of the Apes in child size Small (4-6). Costume is rayon with vinyl ties at neck. Fabric has significant staining. Costume has some snags and some small rips. Mask Condition: Mask has some wear with cracks along the edge and some denting. Inside of mask is stained and needs cleaning. Missing strap (remnants are attached to the original staples). Has stain on chin. Box Condition: Box has heavy wear with scuffing and dents. Plastic window is ripped. Moisture stains on both lid and bottom of box that have caused wavy sections. Some of the colors have run on the box top. Box has stains.
