Paint- Pristine; near mint. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A. Hubs are yellow. Tires- Black tires; light wear. Fit loosely on hubs. Axles- Not bent. Other- It may need a light cleaning. Includes 3 yellow barrels that are still connected to plastic sprue. BOX- The box has some wear a bit of creasing and some scuffing along edges and at corners. All flaps are intact.
