Paint- There are some chips in the paint in several locations. Windshield(s)- N/A Hood- N/A Engine- N/A Base Plate- Unpainted chrome. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A Hubcaps are yellow. Tires- Black. Most are loose on the hubs. Axles- Not bent. Other- The number 5 decal is intact on both sides. The hood has a small divot on the decal. The plastic driver with the steering wheel is included. BOX- All flaps are intact. The box shows little wear. There is a 55 penciled on the box.
