Paint/Tampos- Yellow body has light wear; black seat has some wear. Tampos have some wear mainly on one side panel. Rider- Has light wear, mostly on shoes. Arms have tight joints. Hands fit on handlebars securely. Hood/Body - Front clip and back tab are intact and securely on base. Base Plate- The tab on base is intact. Battery compartment is clean. MFG Stamp- Taiwan. TIRE Chrome- Has light wear on 2 wheels; some wear on 1. Tires- Have light wear. Working Condition- Tested and all settings (high/low/off) are working. NOTE: Does NOT include accessory racks.
