Engine- Bright. Base Plate- Bright. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines have light wear. Chrome has light wear except one wheel with some wear. Tires- Have light wear. Axles- Straight; smooth wheel movement. Button- Graphics on front have light wear. Outer edge has a couple small bends. Clip is intact.
