? Paint- Has light wear on most of body; some wear on the hood. Windshield(s)- Clear, no cracks. Hood- Opens a crack. Looks as though there is a bend at front of hood that catches when trying to open. Engine- Appears bright from the little that can be seen. Base Plate- Bright. MFG Stamp- USA. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines have light wear except one wheel with some wear. Chrome has light wear. Tires- Have light wear. Axles- Straight; super smooth wheel movement.
