Engine- Bright with hint of black on tips. Base Plate- Painted to match car. Has tan residue on base that needs to be cleaned off. MFG Stamp- USA. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines & chrome have light wear. Tires- Have light wear. Axles- Appear straight. Smooth wheel movement. Button- Metal button has light wear. Clip intact. ?
