Base Plate- Bright. MFG Stamp- USA. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines have light wear on 3 wheels. One wheel redline has worn off. Chrome has light wear. Tires- One wheel has heavy wear. A second wheel has some wear with a crack. Other two wheels have light wear. ? Axles- Appear straight; rolls straight. Button- Metal button has light wear with clip intact.
