Paint- Was repainted by previous owner. Appears to be white spray over blue base coat. The finish has inconsistent coverage. Verify by looking at the pictures. New paint has light wear. Windshield(s)- Windows were removed. Hood- Works. Closed hood scoop. Engine- Medium. Base Plate- Bright. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines & Chrome have light wear. Tires- Have some wear. All tires have cracks. ? Axles- Straight. Note: Roof of car was cut to make convertible style car. This is a one-of-a-kind car!
