Paint- Has light wear. Windshield(s)- Clear, light scuffs but no obvious cracks. Hood- N/A. Engine- Bright with a hint of black on top surface of engine. Base Plate- Dull. MFG Stamp- USA. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines have light wear. Chrome has light wear on 3 wheels; heavy wear on 1. Tires- Have light wear; need cleaning. Axles - Pulls right; smooth wheel movement.
