Paint- Several visible paint chips. Windshield(s)- All windows are intact. Tinted blue.. Hood- N/A Engine- N/A. Base Plate- Gray plastic with clear blue plastic "window" on the bottom. Pat Applied For is printed on it. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A Tires- Black Axles- Not bent. Other- Blue light on top. White plastic ladder intact on top. Decals are intact. BOX- One large flap is detached, but included. The other large flap is only partially attached. The rest of the box shows some wear with some creases and a small piece of tape. ?
