Paint- No visible paint chips. Painted white with blue light bubble. Windshield(s)- All windows intact. Hood- N/A Engine- N/A Base Plate- Unpainted. Says No. 55 OR 73 Mercury MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- One chrome hub is not as shiny as the other three. Tires- Black Axles- Not bent Other- One of the three decals is starting to peel. BOX- All flaps are intact.
