Paint- No visible signs of paint chips. Windshield(s)- All windows are clear and intact. Hood- Opens with hinge on the outside edge. Engine- Not shiny. Dull chrome. Base Plate- Painted black. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A Tires- Black. Axles- Not bent. Other- Minty BOX- All flaps are intact. The box shows little wear.
