Paint- Has light wear. Black roof has light wear. Windshield(s)- Clear, a few small hairline cracks. Hood- Works. Does not stay open on its own. Engine- Bright. Base Plate- Medium with some dulling. "T" marked on base. MFG Stamp- USA. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines & chrome have light wear. Tires- Have some wear with scuffing on edges. Axles- Appear straight.
