Paint- Has light wear. Needs cleaning. Windshield(s)- Blue; no cracks. Hood- N/A. Engine- Bright; small portion of chrome finish has worn off. Base Plate- Medium bright. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines have light wear. Chrome has heavy wear. Tires- Have some wear. Axles- Bent; pulls left. Button- Metal button has some wear with surface scuffs and some denting.
