Paint- No paint chips, but on both sides of the car, the #3 is wearing off. Windshield(s)- N/A Hood- N/A Engine- N/A. Base Plate- Printed on the steel. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A Tires- Rubber rimmed over yellow hubcaps. All rubber parts are intact. Axles- Not bent. Other- The driver area can completely come out of the car.
