The Heavyweights Cement Mixer ORANGE 1969 1970 Hot Wheels Redline Mattel Vintage

Paint- Has light wear. Decals on cement drum are intact and in very good condition. Windshield(s)- Blue; surface scratches but no visible cracks. Top of windshield has a small melt mark. Hood- N/A. Engine- N/A. Base Plate- Bright. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines & chrome have minimal wear; very nice condition. Tires- Tires have some wear and need cleaning. Axles- Appears and rolls straight. Very smooth wheel rotation. Note: There is a crack on the brown ring that holds the end of the cement mixer. Not sure if this is by design or wear.
