Paint- Has light wear except some wear on back fender driver's side. Dept. of Sanitation decals intact; light wear. Windshield(s)- Blue, has surface scratches and few hairline cracks. Back End- Orange plastic dumper has light wear. Black scoop moves smoothly. Engine- N/A. Base Plate- Bright. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines have light wear & Chome has light wear on 2 wheels; some on 1 and heavy on 1. Tires- Have some wear. Need cleaning. Axles- Straight; smooth wheel movement.
