Base Plate- Painted rose. MFG Stamp- United States. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines have light wear except one with some wear. Chrome has light wear. Tires- Have light wear except one tire that has heavy wear with a chip out of edge and melt marks or glue residue. Axles- Pulls very slightly right. Smooth wheel movement.
